Script Requests

Scripts can only be written if appropriate and if the patient is a current patient.

There may be a fee for the time taken to provide a script. This will be approximately $50 per script plus GST. It is not clinically appropriate to request a script instead of attending an appointment.

Please give Dr Richardson up to 5 business days to complete the request. Please note she is unable to provide scripts while on leave. Contact your referring GP for additional support.
