Nick joins the clinic with a 25-year career as an electrical engineer, with extensive experience in systems engineering and operational problem-solving. His background includes managing complex technical environments, leading high-functioning teams, and approaching difficult situations with calm, logical reasoning and practical solutions.

As Practice and Business Manager, Nick is responsible for overseeing both the day-to-day operations of the clinic and the broader business systems that support high-quality care. His focus is on ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes so that clinicians can focus on patients, and patients experience a service that is organised, efficient, and reliable.

Nick is also the best point of contact for more detailed questions about clinic systems or logistics. Whether it’s troubleshooting a process or helping implement long-term improvements, Nick brings clarity, structure, and a no-fuss approach to the work of running a modern psychiatric clinic.
The Work Well Team (Johanna, Emily, Emilia) answer the phone and the emails at The Work Well space, and can help with payment and appointment cancellations as well as general queries.
